Seriously, Stonyfield Organic Yogurt is amazing. Everytime I have it, I just think – there is no way this is as healthy for you as it says. I’ve been eating one after my lunch lately and it’s feels like I’m having a delicious, creamy dessert…that has only 120 calories.
Moral of this blog post…try them. Strawberry is my favorite.

Exciting news! I bought a ticket to go visit Adam in Ecuador! I wasn’t originally planning on going but a few things fell into place and the timing (and ticket price) ended up working perfect. I’ll be there for his spring break from March 10-20. We’re going to travel up the coast to visit cities like Puerto Lopez, Puerto Viejo, Esmaraldas and/or Montanita.
